Location
Perfectly situated on the Pacific Ocean, across the street from quiet, secluded Langosta Beach, a National Marine Park where Giant Leatherback Turtles make their way up the white sand beaches to lay their eggs. However the Turtles don't mind if you walk for miles on their unspoiled beaches, or find a driftwood log in the shade along the tree-lined shore to sit and watch the spectacular sunsets.

Unique Style
Villa Encantada is a Mediterranean style luxuriously furnished 2100 square foot villa on two levels with a private pool, three and a half baths and laundry. The little gardens at every turn, fountains, and accent lighting make it truly enchanting.

Private Pool
The personal and private deep blue glass tiled in-ground pool is surrounded by lush tropical gardens, fountain and terrace with a variety of seating, lounging and eating areas. You can swim any time, day or night in your chosen swimming attire.

Bedrooms
All bedrooms, two upstairs and the master bedroom downstairs are air conditioned, although you probably won't need it because of the wonderful Pacific breezes that flow through the numerous screened windows. The bedrooms have full bathrooms, each with it's own shower and adjacent tropical garden.

The master bedroom features a queen size four poster bed with comfortable pillow top mattress and 600 count linens. Wall to wall, floor to ceiling glass connects you to a totally private terrace surrounded by lush gardens, fountain and lounge chairs.

The front bedroom upstairs has a queen size bed with luxury pillow top mattress, a garden alcove, and a walkout to a beautiful stone balcony overlooking the pool and gardens... a great place to look out over the Palm treetops and have morning coffee or take in spectacular sunsets.
The back bedroom upstairs has a huge window with views of mature trees and the hillsides beyond. The twin beds can be joined to make a very comfortable king width bed.

The Great Room
The great room offers floor to ceiling windows with gardens on three sides. Comfortable upholstered seating, cable television, whole house high-end sound system with independent volume controls in various areas, (bring your favorite DVDs and CDs), romantic but practical dining area with a round teak table with extensions to seat six comfortably and upholstered chairs.

A modern kitchen is fully equipped with cookware and dinnerware. It contains GE Profile stainless steel appliances… fridge/freezer with ice and double filtered water dispenser on the door, oven, microwave, propane cooktop, marble countertops and an island with bar sink and Teak butcher block top. Adjacent find an alternate outdoor dining room, surrounded by tropical plants and a stainless steel propane BBQ.
